The Chevrolet Tahoe comes with a wide variety of different engine options to choose from. The standard 5.3-liter V8 engine generates 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque, but an improved 6.2-liter V8 engine available starting on the RST trim boasts an impressive 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque. All trims have access to an optional 3.0-liter turbo diesel engine that delivers 305 horsepower and 495 pound-feet of torque. The Tahoe features a 10-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive capabilities, but all-wheel drive is an option for those who want greater traction and control. When properly equipped, it has a maximum towing capacity of 8,400 pounds.
Technology and Safety
The 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe is equipped standard with an eight-inch infotainment display and 4.2-inch driver information center that give you full command of your vehicle.
